Try the local favorite, the Bison Burger, or our Grand Primsatic Salad with BBQ Chicken and Chipotle Ranch. Dinner offers savory dishes such as Elk Medallions with huckleberry sauce, and Grilled Salmon with miso ginger glaze and mango pico de gallo. Gluten Free and Vegetarian options are also available.

In the mornings, our Saloon is open as a coffee bar and offers grab-and-go sandwiches as well as other lunch items. Stop in for your favorite latte and lunch to go.
During the afternoon and evening hours, a bar menu is available along with first come first serve seating.
Bistro needs to be Coffee Café. Coffee café hours are 6:30am – 2pm. Saloon hours are 3pm – 9:30pm.
