The historic cabins at Colter Bay are near-original. When John D. Rockefeller Jr. purchased this land, in one of his first acts of sustainability, he moved these homesteader cabins from their original locations to create what would eventually become Colter Bay Village. Each is unique in its design and history, and many include an informational card that details that cabin's specific origins.

The Colter Bay Cabins are basic yet comfortable. All Cabins include linens, towels, and coffee makers. Cabins do not include televisions, microwaves, or mini-fridges. Hairdryers and irons are available upon request at the cabin office.

A limited number of ADA-accessible cabins featuring roll-in showers, grab bars, and other accessibility features are available and can be booked by calling 307-543-3100.
